Registration : Registrations are taken in the office. There is no discount of the course fee for the late registration of ongoing courses.

Payment: The course fee must be paid during the registration period or in the office until the day that the course begins. If the whole course fee is paid in cash up to seven days in advance the institute will grant a discount of 10%.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be issued in writing prior to the starting date of the course. If the cancellation is handed in up to seven days in advance there will be no cancellation fee. After this date there will be a cancellation fee of at least 20 or the equivalent of 10% of the total price. Cancellations after the course start will not be accepted.

Course alterations/Refunds: There is a minimum number of participants for each course. The deutschinstitut reserves the right to cancel courses with fewer than the minimum number of participants. In certain instances there might be alterations to the duration of the course in which case all participants will receive an appropriate refund.

Course certificate: In order to successfully complete the course and receive a course certificate participants will have to attend at least 75% of the course. Participants with less than 75% attendance will not receive a course certificate. See also cancellation policy.

Course materials: The course materials are included in the course fee and will be given out by the teacher during the course. Participants cannot claim any additional materials not handed out during the course.

Lessons: Each lesson is 50 min long and there is a break of ten minutes between the lessons, which means that 1 lessons equal 75 minutes of teaching time

Liability : Weiterbildungsinstitut Wien assumes no liability for the property of the participants and therefore does not pay compensation for the loss or damage of clothes, valuables, bicycles, etc. Weiterbildungsinstitut Wien assumes liability for accidents or any other damage that may occur on the way or during the course only as regulated by law. In any other case it is the responsibility of the participants to provide appropriate insurance cover. Weiterbildungsinstitut Wien assumes no liability for trips or excursions during lesson time.

Protection of privacy: In general, any information you provide to Weiterbildungsinstitut Wien will only be used within the company and by its agents and service providers. Information will be disclosed to third parties where we are obliged or permitted by law.
